Frequently Asked Questions
FIND THE 90 welcomes all skill levels and only asks that participants come with a desire to improve. Mistakes do not bother us (in fact, we welcome and expect mistakes as a part of the learning process); a lack of effort does. Players will be educated on what it means to have a growth mindset, ways to overcome adversity, and how improving these mental aspects can directly influence their on-field performances.
FIND THE 90 works with players aged 8 years and older.
There is no limit! We appreciate you taking the time to share our information and help other players receive professional soccer training. You can learn more about our referral program here.
Participants will see improvement after as little as one session. However, we must remind you that you only get out of this what you put into it. A good way to think of training can be in terms of learning a new language. If your goal is to be able to ask where the bathroom is while on vacation, practicing once every week or two will likely suffice. However, if you hope to strike up meaningful conversations with local strangers, that same amount of practice will not yield the desired result. In terms of soccer, think about any goals you hope to realize through training, their difficulty relative to where you are currently, and the amount of time you have to achieve them. See our article, “Is Training with a Club Team Enough or Should I Be Doing More?” for more insight.
Players are expected to bring proper footwear (cleats for grass and turf fields, indoors for courts and gyms), a pumped ball, water, and seasonal athletic attire.
House calls are an option for most of the services we offer. An additional fee will be applied based on the designated location. Contact us to find out more.
We do work with adult players, including those who compete collegiately, semi-professionally, and professionally. Participants also include more casual players who want to have the ability and understanding to make more of an impact on their recreational teams.
We never want financial hurdles to prevent players from receiving high-level training. If this is the case for you or your family, please contact us to discuss what options may be available.
FIND THE 90 conducts in-person training at multiple locations along the Philadelphia Main Line. We also offer virtual services. See our “Get Started” page to learn more about our services.
